Monica Cardwell has over 20 years of teaching experience.
Certified by the American Red Cross, The Aquatic Excercise Association and The Worldwide Aquatic Bodywork Association.
Monica is also a Nationally Certified, Licensed Florida Massage Therapist (MA51835), and as such brings a unique understanding of anatomy and human movement to her work as a swim instructor.
